SalesScope ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our service.

We collect the following information when you create an account:

• Full name, email address, and phone number
• Password (stored as a secure hash — never in plain text)
• Billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

When you connect your CRM, we temporarily access:

• Contact records, conversation messages, notes, tasks, and calendar events
• This data is processed in real-time during analysis and is not permanently stored on our servers

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the SalesScope service
• To send SMS verification codes via Twilio
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (password reset, account notifications)
• To improve and maintain the platform

3. Data Storage and Security

Account data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. Your CRM data is only processed in memory during an active analysis session and is never written to permanent storage.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Twilio — SMS verification
• Mailgun — transactional email
• Google Gemini — AI analysis
• GoHighLevel — CRM data access via OAuth

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We only share data with these services as necessary to operate SalesScope.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Analysis report history is stored and associated with your account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
