By creating an account or using SalesScope, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SalesScope is an AI-powered sales diagnostics platform that connects to your CRM via OAuth and analyzes sales conversations, contacts, and activity data. The service generates reports and recommendations using AI technology.

3. AI Limitations and Disclaimer

SalesScope uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. All reports, analyses, and recommendations generated by our AI are provided for informational purposes only. You should always verify the information independently before making business decisions based on it. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on AI-generated content.

4. Account and Subscription

Free trial includes 2 complete analyses — no credit card required
After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription at $97/month
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled
You may cancel at any time before your next billing date
No refunds are provided for partial months of service

5. CRM Data Access

By connecting your CRM, you authorize SalesScope to read your contact data, conversations, notes, tasks, and calendar events via the official OAuth API. This data is used solely to generate your diagnostic reports and is not shared with third parties. We do not permanently store your CRM data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
Share your account credentials with others
Use the service to analyze data you do not have authorization to access

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology of SalesScope are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesScope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
